This is the promo. The movie is called Agneepath, and the frowny guy is named Hrithik Roshan.
Sounds like sorta typical Bollywood - grumpy guy is gonna avenge his father's murder by an eeeevil gangster dude. Of course, that means COLORFUL PRODUCTION NUMBERS! :D
