Justin is my buddy, and he does really adorable monsters and stuffs.





So, this isn't specifically Mythklok related, but I tend to be more influenced by visual art than I am by other writers. Dunno why, whatever. Anyways, Justin Hillgrove is a local artist, and, if I could, I would crawl over and go live in his world, because it's just that amazing and glorious.

Please do check out his site: besides paintings, he's got prints and toys and T shirts and other doo-dads for sale. But, it's fun to just click around and look at all his stuff.

BTW, next chapter, 33: TBD, is mostly ready, so expect it as usual this weekend, though I'm also gonna be out at a con. It's been really annoying to write for some reason: probably the most bratty, caterwauling thing since Chapter 2. This process is still so mysterious to me. Chapter 34 and the next on just came to me and nearly wrote themselves, but Chapter 33 has been just sitting there, flicking its wings at me. Yeah, same to you, Chapter 33! :-P

Aww, these imps remind me of the guys. The big one with the lantern is obviously Imp!Nathan, lookit that mad face... The cutesy little guy with the one eye is Imp!Toki. Tentacle arms? Looks like an Imp!Pickles to me. Finally, holding the oar is Imp!Skwisgaar. You can just tell he's saying, "Pfft, dis ams dildos, sittings in dis boat."

Imp!Nathan: Haven't you found the way to Mordhaus yet? We gotta get there and kick out those sucky spirit animals they have so we can replace them!

Imp!Pickles: Sahrry dere, chief, but dis here map ain't helpin' much.

Imp!Toki: Dat's because it ams a maps of New Joisey.

Imp!Nathan: FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU......

Oh, but where is Imp!Murderface, you ask? He's lying in the bottom of the boat, his gnarly peen stuck in a hole in the bottom to keep the water from rushing in. Apparently, he makes a successful cork. The others are standing on top of him cuz the boat's really tiny, so that's why you can't see him.

If you look at his site, a lot of Justin's imps and stuff DO really remind me of Nathan. Sort of sweet and monstrous.

I think you should go find ones that remind you of Nathan and Charles and write one for N/C month!
